An update will be released to the Mosaic Mainnet on Tuesday afternoon, March 31st, which will involve a complete resynchronization of the Indexer.

The automatic update will run on the validator node devices within 24 hours – at different times – so it is expected that the indexers of each node will be in a different state for a day or two.

This means that during this period, the latest data will not be visible on the Mosaic Explorer for nodes that are still synchronizing. The “Staking” page is an exception to this. The update process does not affect the operation of the validators, the reward distribution, or the operation of the blockchain in any way.

The synchronization will take 24-72 hours, taking into account the current chain length. You can see where the process is on the “Blocks” page of the given validator node. The block number will increase by hundredths until it reaches the current latest block.
