Important Omboarding Informations
August 25, 2025
Dear Partner,
We have received your letter and are processing it. Due to the high volume of emails we are currently receiving, however, this process may take several days.
We scheduled the updates for Mondays or Tuesdays. These updates will reach all devices that are turned on and connected to the internet within 24 hours. This means that you will have the latest version by Wednesday. Therefore, it is worth checking that everything is working properly on Wednesday and Thursday.
We would like to inform you that we are aware of an issue affecting multiple users, and we are working to resolve it.
- Our investigation revealed that operating a validator node connected to a home internet network can sometimes affect internet performance. In extreme cases, the node must be disconnected. This issue can cause slowdowns or limited connectivity on other devices and affect the node’s operation by preventing it from accessing necessary data. The node may also temporarily become invisible, and automatic updates may be delayed.
Additionally, the node may be unable to be removed from Chill. Other functions may work flawlessly for a while and then malfunction and repair themselves.
Currently, we are addressing the overload caused by the error using all available developer resources. Once this is successful, most of the aforementioned errors will likely be resolved.
Furthermore, we would like to draw your attention to the following important information.
- You can follow the current status of DevNet onboarding at this link: http://devnet-explorer.mosaicchain.io/status
- You can find the Devnet Explorer at https://devnet-explorer.mosaicchain.io . You can also access the Validator Dashboard there.
- You can request TMOS at https://devnet-faucet.mosaicchain.io/. Claiming TMOS can be necessary because reinstalling the validator node requires 20 TMOS, and it is possible to run out. On the website, enter the wallet address to which you would like to receive the TMOS. Check the box to confirm that you are not a robot, and then click “Submit.” You will receive 100 TMOS if your balance is below 100 TMOS. If your balance is above 100 TMOS, you are not eligible to request TMOS.
- If a red “Failed” button appears in the row of an NFT after attempting to mint it, click on the “Failed” button and send us the error message that appears.
When reporting an error, please include a photo of the issue and a detailed description of the problem. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your request. Also, copy your wallet address and validator name into the message. If you send another message on the same topic, please reply to your previous
