I would like to provide some information on the current status
of the onboarding process and the issues that occurred
yesterday.
- Cloudflare Error 500
Yesterday, a significant part of the Internet was affected by an
issue that stemmed from a Cloudflare network outage/error.
This affected ChatGpt, X (ex-Twitter, etc.) and countless other
sites. Unfortunately, our network was also affected, which was
mainly noticeable when the page did not load when visiting the
Explorer / VPN Controller interface.

We would like to emphasize that the Cloudflares error did NOT
affect the operation of the blockchain, only the availability of
our websites.
- Authorize Proxy stuck
On the Authorize Proxy screen – after users have signed the
transaction in Subwallet – they cannot proceed because the
two-factor authentication pop-up window does not appear.
We already have a potential fix for this issue, which is currently
being tested.
In the meantime, we recommend that anyone who encounters
this issue restarts their validator machine! After that – to the
best of our knowledge – you can continue the onboarding
process smoothly.
If someone has already transferred the 20 MOS to the
Controller account (which is on the machine), don’t worry, you
don’t have to transfer it again! - Proxy error fix
We would like to ask for your help in resolving the Authorize
Proxy outage mentioned above!
The following command should be run for those who have not
restarted their computers yet and are experiencing this issue:
mosaic-debug
Please send the ID that appears afterwards to
info@mosaicchain.io (You can see what you need to send us in
the attached photo.)
This way our Chain team can receive the detailed error report
and then process and fix the problem.

- Active validator number
At the time of this post, there are already 102 active validators
running on the chain and 231 validator NFTs and 341 delegate
NFTs have been sampled.
