Validator Internet Issue

Dear Validators!

If you are still experiencing an Internet usage problem, in order to help you more efficiently and quickly, we have created an online interface that serves this purpose only.

In order to get a more comprehensive picture of the problem, we need more information! On the form to be filled out, you will find the questions below and by clicking the “Next” button, you can proceed to the questions on the next page.

We will be waiting for your answers to these questions, in the online questionnaire:

  1. In which county is the validator machine located?
  2. Which service provider provides the machine with Internet access? (E.g. Telekom, One, Yettel, etc.)
  3. What is the upload and download speed guaranteed by the service provider? (Not the nominal, but the guaranteed. It can be found in the contract with the service provider, or in one of its annexes.)
  4. What is the actual upload and download speed experienced? (E.g. can be checked on the speedtest.net website by connecting to the Internet source)
  5. What technology does the service provider use to provide the Internet? (E.g. via cable TV network, via optical network, mobile Internet, satellite technology, StarLink, etc.)?
  6. If you have a second, backup Internet service, please write the characteristics requested in points 2-5 for it as well!
  7. What is the name and type of the router you are using (e.g. TP-Link AC1200)? If you don’t know, take a photo of the sticker on the bottom of the router, so we can identify it. If you have a backup Internet service, does the machine connect to it through this router?
  8. How many validator machines do you operate using this Internet access? In addition to the validator machines, do you use another device with that Internet access? If so, how many and what device/devices?
