The first vote on the Mosaic Democracy platform will launch this evening as a pilot. The initiative aims to provide validators on the Mosaic blockchain with a dedicated platform where they can express their opinions on topics that affect the community. This inaugural vote also serves as a test, giving validators the opportunity to try out the platform and become familiar with the voting process.

Mosaic Sentinel has been enhanced with new features to better support validators and delegators. The application continues to monitor events related to a specified account address using publicly available blockchain data and sends email notifications whenever important changes occur.

In addition to the existing validator status notifications (such as faulted, chilled, normal, or when a validator is no longer active), Mosaic Sentinel can now also track changes to both validator and delegator NFTs. The application sends notifications about newly minted NFTs, changes in nominal value, changes of the owner’s account address, and— for delegator NFTs—activation and expiration events.

The update also makes the application easier to use. Passwordless sign-in with a one-time code sent by email is now available, and users can easily edit their existing notification subscriptions.

It is important to note that Mosaic Sentinel does not monitor validator nodes themselves. Instead, it tracks only publicly available blockchain data. Its purpose is to ensure that validators and delegators are informed about relevant on-chain changes as quickly as possible, enabling them to take timely action when needed.
